A secure telephone system, the CSD 3324 SPV encrypts voice conversations over the public switched telephone network. Using the AES 256-bit encryption algorithm and Diffie-Hellman public key exchange-based key management, the CSD 3324 SPV offers proven cryptographic strength and ease of deployment and operation. It is also compatible with TCC's CSD 3324 SP telephone/fax encryption system.
The CSD 3324 SPV secures voice communications over the public switched telephone network. Its 9,600bps MPLP vocoder provides excellent recovered voice quality with automatic fallback to 4,800bps CELP as needed. As a result, secure communications are supported over degraded line conditions.
Secure voice communication mode may be password restricted. Without the password, the CSD 3324 SPV functionality is restricted to its non-secure mode. User-friendly menus, which may also be password protected, provide logical setup of the CSD 3324 SPV's voice processing options.
The CSD 3324 SPV protects voice calls using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption engines seeded using Diffie-Hellman public key auto-negotiated 256-bit session keys, and path-independent initialization vectors.
TCC's CSD 3324 SPV secures voice communications over the PSTN with another CSD 3324 SPV or TCC's CSD 3324 SP integrated telephone/fax encryptor. The CSD 3324 SP also attaches to Group 3 fax machines and is interoperable with TCC's CSD 3324 SPF fax encryptor.
