The goal of Technical Communications Corporation's Customer Training program is to provide the trainee with the information necessary to successfully employ TCC products to their optimum capability for safe, reliable, trouble-free and user-friendly operation. This goal is accomplished by presenting a comprehensive package consisting of a balance of lectures and notes, enforced through a "hands-on" lab exercise, and followed up by a review with question and answer period for each subject covered. The lectures and exercises are carefully designed to provide the building blocks necessary to train the user in the operation, installation, and service of TCC products.
Training courses offered through Technical Communications Corporation are constantly being reviewed and updated. Student evaluation data provides us with the direction we need to assemble information about the present and the future needs of TCC's customer base. With this in mind, existing courses are revised while newer courses are continuously being added to reflect the applications of our products to the rapidly changing technology of our time.
